Management Team

Michael is the Founder of RealCorp Luxembourg. From 1987, he held various London-based roles, consulting in residential and commercial real estate. From 1998 to 1999, he was a valuer and an investment advisor at Jones Lang LaSalle Luxembourg. In 1999, he co-founded Property Partners S.A. (Luxembourg), an associate of Cushman & Wakefield. Michael serves on the boards of real estate funds and unregulated real estate structures as an independent director. He is a member of the Institute of Directors, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Investment Property Forum, and ALFI’s real estate investment funds sub-committee. A sportsman at heart, he has achieved 3rd Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo and won several championships at international level, including Luxembourg national titles.

Originally from Australia, where she majored in business studies, Kathy has been involved in the commercial and banking sectors since 1987, working for companies like BHP, Westpac Bank and Westfield. She relocated to Luxembourg with her family in 1997 to work in Asset Management, primarily focusing on Real Estate funds, structures and acquisitions for JP Morgan, before joining RealCorp in 2009. As Head of Corporate Administration, she is responsible for the oversight of fund and board documentation, office administration and accounting. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, and inspires others with her passion for cooking and entertaining.

Tehdi-Edouard joined RealCorp in 2009 and manages the agency team. He has a Bachelor’s in Economics and a Master’s in International Business. In 2004 he joined Tyco Flow Control Worldwide in their Brussels head office Project Management team, liaising with department heads to ensure compliance with SOX auditing of internal processes. From 2006 to 2009, he acquired experience in professional real estate processes, advising prestigious clients and achieving his targets and objectives as a Negotiator in charge of office sales and lettings for BNP Paribas Real Estate in Paris. At RealCorp, he has added strong management skills to his experience. His energy and inspiration come from years of basketball training and his love for mixing electronic music.

After a degree in foreign languages at the University of Metz, Jennifer joined the ArcelorMittal Group in Luxembourg in 2005, working as Executive Assistant for the CFO and later the Corporate Legal Department of the same company. At the end of 2007, she joined LBREP II Europe Sàrl SICAR, part of the Lehman Brothers Group, as an Executive Assistant, for two years. Coming to RealCorp at the beginning of 2010, Jennifer has proved invaluable as a Research Assistant focusing on market research studies and reports. She also applies her client-facing and language skills to help the Agency team with letting and sales, and has gained particular experience in offices, industrial and retail premises. Jennifer enjoys keeping fit and is a keen world traveller.

Gregory joined RealCorp in 2010, and manages Investment acquisitions, asset re-positioning, development and disposal for European funds and family offices in Luxembourg. He also heads the Valuation service for Luxembourg-invested Funds. Gregory worked in Client-side Investment and Development in the UK from 2003, and has extensive experience in analysis and valuation of major mixed-use developments. He specializes in asset options appraisals and has worked with Fund Managers on asset management and development projects, with responsibility for transactions, development appraisal and deal structuring. Outside work, Gregory enjoys spending time with his family, shooting and sailing.

Aurélie, a marketing specialist, joined RealCorp in 2011, after developing her customer relationship skills as a consultant at Daoust, a Belgian HR company. She has a Masters in Management from UCL–Mons (Université Catholique de Louvain). During the degree she interned in Sowaer airport company’s real estate department, helped analyse the economic and social situation around the airport to develop an urban revitalization strategy, and wrote a paper, “City Marketing: analyzing the impact of a cultural event on Urban Economic Development”, using as benchmarks the European Capitals of Culture Luxembourg 2007 and Lille 2004. Besides her native French, Aurélie speaks English, Dutch and some Italian. She follows interests in architecture, Italy and cooking, and enjoys time with family and friends.

Civil engineer Alain has an excellent track record in construction and project management. He joined RealCorp in 2011 after four years as Project Director at Pylos Luxembourg, where he managed new developments and refurbishments of office and retail buildings such as the Sofitel-Novotel hotels, Royal Monterey, Gare 65 and StarGate projects. During his career, he has managed over twenty projects, including commercial malls, office buildings, hotels, schools and administrative buildings. His experience includes authorisations, team coordination, quality and cost control, daily team management, quantity surveying, planning, due diligence, health and safety coordination, security surveys and practical and technical construction skills. He also enjoys gardening, travelling in Morocco and learning languages.
