Airport and environs: A privileged location for international companies

As in most countries, the vicinity of the airport is the ideal environment for many international companies.

Attracted by the space and by proximity to the terminal, which was renovated in 2008, these companies have gradually developed new identities by choosing their offices there.

As the authorities cannot build homes because of pollution from the airport, considerable space is available for developers to invest in these places and erect new buildings ready to house offices.

Among these projects, Aérogolf phases 1 and 2, built there a few years ago, has reservations for its “Phase 3” project, while the Findel Office Park F7 has also emerged to provide a very competitive offer with modular spaces.

Of course, these building projects respond to an ever-increasing demand, which will not cease, due to the Mobil 2020 plan to improve accessibility to the airport district, thanks to the extension of the tram route to Findel.
