RealCorp Luxembourg is delighted to announce the beginning of an intensive project of office refurbishment in the COREC building in Rue Porte Neuve, Luxembourg, for the Sodrugestvo Group of Companies.

For the Project Management team, Wednesday morning began with a meeting with the five contractors: SOMETA SAPHYR (partition walls), CSLUX (heating, airconditioning), SSIlux (IT and electrics), CAPFLOORlux (carpeting), and Secolux (regulatory ITM control).

We have planned carefully to manage the budget and deliver the client’s desired changes within an agreed period. Works will be supervised with daily follow-up from The RealCorp Project Management Team between 22 April and 26 May.
