We are delighted to announce the delivery of RealCorp Luxembourg’s operation number 50, STM Esch, 1 rue du Swing in Esch Belval.
The building is Southlane Tower 1, for which the owner, LCP Luxembourg, obtained a BREEAM “Very Good” certification.
Our Project Management team provided luminous offices for doctors, with water and services, common lobby and utilities.
Works were realised by SOMETA SAPHYR,CS Lux, Cofely, and Capfloor Lux.
The works finished on March 24th as promised and everything was cleaned up by March 26th, enabling the client to move in on March 27th and 28th, three days before schedule.
The client started working this week after a final regulatory visit by a SECOLUX official to check electricity and fire security on Tuesday April 1st.
