Successful lease reassignment quickly achieved
RealCorp Luxembourg has successfully facilitated the lease assignment to the City of Luxembourg of the whole of the first floor (560 sqm offices) of this well-situated building. Access to the building is off the central and very popular Grand-Rue (see image). Because the location is so convenient, we were able to use our extensive network to reassign the lease within a week of instruction. The Office Social de la Ville de Luxembourg will start their lease of these offices on 1 December 2018.
