The tenant had been located for about 20 years in the nearby rue Philippe II, but needed more contemporary office space to accommodate his current staff. The whole floor will be fully renovated and air-conditioned.The increased space is also accompanied by a more welcoming entrance, enabling an up-to-date presentation to staff and clients.
