RealCorp has negotiated the lease of offices in Building B of The European Bank & Business Center (EBBC). This elegant office complex is key-located on route de Trèves within walking distance of the Findel Airport terminal.

Built in the 1990s,  EBBC was one of the first office sites developed in the Airport area. The complex comprises six independent office buildings with a global surface area of +/- 26,000 m² and extensive underground parking bays. Leasinvest, the landlord in the current transaction, owns five of the buildings.

The EBBC B building benefits from the presence of a large restaurant with a terrace on its ground level. The building’s recently modernised main lobby now offers occupants more visibility, as well as a properly furnished waiting area.

New occupant: Palladio (Luxembourg) sàrl

Palladio Partners is an owner-managed investment boutique. The company specialises in providing independent advice on real assets for German institutional investors. Why this move to route de Trèves?

Palladio wanted to relocate outside of the City of Luxembourg to avoid car traffic. They also wanted to provide more comfort to their staff in a larger space.

EBBC meets and exceeds client needs

RealCorp was able to identify fitted-out office spaces with extensive car parking facilities that would perfectly meet these needs. As a bonus, the new route de Trèves location is not only convenient for the airport, but also for commuting either to Luxembourg City or via the motorway to Germany.
