Why Move to Rue Pierre d’Aspelt?
Due to the acquisition of other companies, Sistema Finance needed to relocate. Therefore, they wanted to move from their previous offices in Avenue Monterey to larger and higher quality offices in the vicinity.
RealCorp had let to Sistema in the past. Thus it was logical for them to entrust us to find suitable new offices. They confirmed their interest in the Pierre d’Aspelt property shortly after it was put on the market.
Accordingly, we were able to offer them a long-term lease assignment with IQ-EQ Luxembourg.
The contract was signed in July 2020, with an effective date of September 2020. So this month we celebrate the change and wish Sistema a smooth move into their new, attractive and more spacious offices.
