Rue de la Chapelle in Luxembourg City: Ville Haute – CBD

New Occupant: Lapithus Management sàrl
The Lapithus Group was formed in 2010 to create a pan-European special servicing platform, thus enabling better execution of asset management strategies. Also, it reassures sellers that borrower relationships will be professionally managed post-sale. Further, standardisation of functions across different regions made operational synergies possible.
Over the past several years Lapithus has become increasingly vertically integrated. Consequently, it now offers full asset management services. More, it provides support on acquisition, disposal, due diligence, valuation, finance and fund reporting, as well as direct and master servicing.
Headquartered in Luxembourg, Lapithus currently employs about ninety staff in five countries.
Why Move to Rue de la Chapelle?
Due to their ongoing expansion as described above, Lapithus needed more space. They therefore began looking for high-end and well-located office spaces in the city centre, with easy access to transport options.
RealCorp identified an off-market availability that nicely matched these requirements. We knew that City Link Luxembourg, which we originally brought to the market in 2013, offers high-end office spaces.
In this case, we used our contacts to negotiate a lease assignment of spaces already fully fitted and furnished by a previous occupier, which were available this year.
