We advised Le Foyer, a leading Luxembourg insurance company, on the sale of their Kirchberg head office which now provides 30,000 sqm of prime office space. Another such development is the one we sourced for Pylos: the high profile StarGate CBD project, at Place de L’Etoile, which provides 6600 sqm of offices in this prestigious location. We also advised Surassur, of the Caisse d’Epargne group, on the disposal of their city centre premises to open the way for a 6,500 sqm development.
Over the years RealCorp Luxembourg has provided valuations for financial reporting purposes, or in the context of acquisitions or disposals, for many known institutions, such as Nordea Bank, HSBC, Pramerica, Rockspring, Breevast, Hochtief, Husky, ING and Doughty Hanson.

We have demonstrated our capital markets advisory expertise in advising Rockspring on the acquisition of the 7000 sqm Centre Commercial Le 2000, a mixed use facility at Livange, and Breevast, a Dutch investment and development group, on the appraisal of the Monopol portfolio of retail premises throughout Luxembourg. More recently, we advised Pylos in their forward sale to AXA of the StarGate Luxembourg office development at Place de l’Etoile.
Our brokerage skills are highly valued, as in the facilitation of the sale of HSBC Private Bank’s landmark building on Boulevard Royal to a private investor. We have also provided advisory services to clients such as Pramerica, ING, Nordea Bank, Bouwfonds, VALAD, Bank of Scotland, etc.
