
Atrium Business Park in Bertrange: Bourmicht
RealCorp is pleased to announce the letting of office space in Vitrum, Atrium Business Park, in Bourmicht, Bertrange. Vitrum is one of the four impressive glass buildings in the complex. The others are Excio, Emporium and Extimus.
With a rental area of almost 54,000m² and about 2,000 parking spaces, Atrium Business Park was completed between 2005 and 2011. KanAm grundinvest Fonds sold the complex to Deka Immobilien in 2016. The new owners made it even more attractive with ultramodern security systems, new signage and beautiful landscaping.
They now promote Atrium Business Park as Luxembourg’s best choice for a healthy and productive work-life balance. For good reason: Atrium boasts numerous services such as childcare, restaurants, and a remarkably high number of parking spaces — especially considering its location just outside of Luxembourg City.
New Occupant: SNCH
Société Nationale de Certification et d’Homologation (SNCH) is a private organisation under governmental supervision.
SNCH specialises in accreditation, such as nationally and internationally recognised certification of vehicles, as well as components and systems used in the field of motor vehicles.
Why This Move?
When their previous office lease was unexpectedly terminated, SNCH came to RealCorp to ask for help in finding a new office space.
They needed more space for a reasonable price but they wanted to stay within the limits of Luxembourg city.
Finding the Perfect Space in Atrium Business Park
Atrium Business Park was actually somewhat of a last-minute location. Despite several weeks of searching, it hadn’t even been on the shortlist, due to being outside of the specified area.
It came to the fore when the landlord’s representative Rental Value set out to engage Luxembourg’s best agencies, among them RealCorp, to let the whole of the vast complex. RealCorp identified in this attractive complex the features that SNCH needed.
We also showed them that the location, even though different from what was originally envisaged, is convenient for Luxembourg City. It is also easily accessible via the motorways from Belgium, France and Germany.
RealCorp’s own approach resonates with Rental Value’s excellent understanding of a customer’s needs. We were therefore able to work with them smoothly and efficiently. SNCH were delighted and decided on a generous space in the Vitrum building. The negotiation was completed in under two months.
