Property Types

Commercial real estate is income-producing property used for business rather than residential purposes. RealCorp Luxembourg facilitates and advises on transactions of several different commercial property types, including Office, Industrial, Retail, and Land. Land may be zoned for any of these property types or not yet zoned when it is brought to market. We also provide asset management services on all these property types. We also do sometimes facilitate Residential real estate transactions. Sometimes, several property types may coexist in a premises, which we then label Mixed-Use premises. When this occurs, we may be involved in the marketing of all of the property types simultaneously, or only in some of them. Each of the property types contains several subcategories, depending on type of building and on location.
