A large part of RealCorp Luxembourg’s business involves helping Landlords find suitable Tenants, and Tenants locate properties that suit their needs. The Occupier Markets team focuses on identifying appropriate matches and helping the parties negotiate contracts. We are also often engaged formally for Landlord Representation and Tenant Representation roles both before and after contracts are signed. We keep an eye on lease renewal dates and check in with existing clients to ensure that vacancies are filled as soon as possible and that tenants’ evolving needs are served, either via lease renegotiation or by finding them new premises.
