RealCorp & West Side Village: The start of a beautiful story… of asset management!

As of January 2014, RealCorp has extended its asset management activities, recruiting extra staff and taking on a large new project.

Managing Director Michael Chidiac (MRICS) is now supported by equally experienced asset manager Erwan Varron (MRICS)…

… And RealCorp has acquired the management of three buildings in Capellen, in West Side Village.

This six-building site is popular with IT companies and is considered the first IT hub in Luxembourg.

To maximise value for the owners, RealCorp undertook a strategic review of the site and decided to appoint joint lettings agents:

Halfway between Luxembourg-City and Arlon, the Capellen district has gradually developed driven by demand from larger firms seeking big office areas which are easily accessible.

This is the average cost per sqm of fitting out an office, determined by the characteristics of the building and of the project.
